We are on the look out for an experienced Online Shopping Supervisor

Here at New World Te Rapa we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent shopping experience with great service and quality goods.

We are looking for a talented individual to join the team here at New World Te Rapa and guide our Online team to success.

This role will suit a person with at least 6 months experience in a Supermarket Supervisor Role

We are looking for a person who:

Manage, motivate, train and support the Online team ensuring that best practice policies and operational procedures are followed at all times
Manage rosters in conjunction with the Store Manager
Effectively plan, monitor and prioritise work progress from the start of the picking order life cycle to completion of order by Delivery and/or Click & Collect
Effectively resolve any customer complaints or enquiries.
Invoicing
Ensuring all orders are picked, packed and processed correctly.
Clean Full Driver's License
Physically Fit, able to lift up to 20kgs.
Maintaining department and vehicle housekeeping/ cleaning
Build positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
