    Office and Business Development Assistant (MIKIA CONSULTING GROUP LIMITED)

    The company is looking for an energetic, trusted fulltime employee who can welcome the clients with their satisfaction, deal with them with integrity, maintain confidentiality and support our regular business development affairs.

    The minimum work will be 32 hours pw and the maximum will be 50 hours pw.
    The minimum wage is $30.00 ph and maximum wages will be $35.00 ph.
    The overtime payment will be $45 ph.
    Candidates should pass a background check.
    Candidate MUST mention if he is New Zealand citizen or resident.

    Job Description

    Coordinating activities to ensure that objectives of the organisation and office are met
    Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
    Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls and facilitate effective communication.
    Contributing to the planning and review of office services and setting priorities and office service standards
    Managing records and accounts of the office, payroll, preparing invoice, financial reports and monitoring and manage debtors and creditors.
    Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
    Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures.
    Assisting senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
    Assisting and analysing information needs and specifying technology to meet those need.

    • Manage existing customers portfolio by understanding their current needs, organise and interpret customer feedback to serve them better.
    • Arrange meeting with existing and new customers to express company's service offerings.
    • Be a company's representative at various commercial and social events to generate a business leads.
    • Should have an interest and experience in business development tasks

    Skill requires:
    Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
    Strong communication skills
    A proactive and positive attitude.

    • Ability to work on computer with software life Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Emails and calendars.
