Our Nelson clinic is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of - the Habit Health way.

Main responsibilities:

Develop / implement inclinic and community rehabilitation programmes
Liaise with allied health team members
Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
Utilise diary management software
