    Description

    We are currently seeking 3 supervisors to oversee residential maintenance projects within the Switched On Group.

    As a key member of our team, you will work with social & community housing providers, sub-contractors, customers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    You will need to be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where timely delivery and high standards are paramount.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage residential property scopes
    • Coordinate multiple trades to ensure on-time completion and high-quality work
    • Conduct quality assurance checks on trades work
    • Process job invoices
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders while maintaining customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Trade knowledge an advantage, but not essential
    • Ability to supervise multiple concurrent jobs
    • Effective communication skills to engage with trades, customers, and clients
    • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines desirable
    • Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks
