Description

We are looking for Sales representatives/ merchandisers to join our busy operations in Wellington.

Duties includes but not limited to the following:
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approached.
NPD, Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them.

Establish, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.

In person visits and presentations to assigned stores, which can be changed from time to time as needed.
Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company product lines.
Sales and Merchandising at assigned market/ stores.
Booking displays/tastings and building displays if needed.
Store relays if needed.
Key account head office meeting with employer and supplier if needed.
Loading deals with buyer and follow price given by employer and suppliers.
Managing merchandising team if needed.
Participate in Trade shows and conventions, (i.e.
sales meetings, food shows, dinners)


Job Requirements:
Hard working and reliable with a "can do attitude"
Ability to undertake heavy lifting
Attention to detail / accuracy
Able to pass criminal history check
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to provide Two positive work references
Good communication skills and presentable
Health & Safety conscious
Ability to work rostered shift including the evening and weekends shifts
Clean driving license
Able to travel to assigned stores
