As the HR Business Partner - Total Rewards, your role will be accountable for two important business functions - HRBP for the New Zealand business and Total Rewards ANZ.
The role will provide strategic guidance and advice to managers and teams as well as providing specialised support on compensation and benefits across Australia and New Zealand.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:
- Build strong and solid relationship with internal and external key stakeholders, ensuring performance is managed at individual and team levels
- Establish critical competencies for the organisation according to business growth needs
- Lead succession planning, build talent pipeline, and drive leadership development, whilst steering the talent attraction, development (training) and retention topics
- Improve employee experience, promoting organisational culture
- Run the annual compensation and bonus review exercise for Pacific
- Advise on Share taxation administration, driving local activities for the AL Share program; as well as tax activities
- Support and collaborate on local policy updates with HRBPs, including statutory policy impact
- Review activities associated with insurance renewal/claims; performing calculations across our retirement benefits
- Partner with our local benefits providers to drive relevant activities
- Identify and provide relevant data and information for audit purposes
Are you a MATCH?:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 13 years experience in Human Resources
- Previous experience working with compensation and benefits (personnel expense reporting, salary review process & benefits providers) is not essential but considered advantageous
- International and multicultural exposure will be considered favorably
- Strong relationship management skills
- Experience in managing transformations
