    Nau mai, haere mai ki Starship Child HealthHere is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Paediatrician at Starship Children's Health / Hospital to occupy a unique place by providing health care within a tertiary children's hospital and to work with the friendly and professional Starship Children's Health team.


    Fixed Term, Full-time / Part-time to end November 2024· General Paediatrics winter support· Rostered on-call availability across seven days per week (including some weekends)· Ward rounds and afternoonsTe whiwhinga mahi The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced, motivated and dynamic General Paediatrician who will be involved in a high degree of teamwork and collaboration, with a focus on equity and upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

    Based at Starship Hospital, Grafton, General Paediatrics provides general paediatric services to the central Auckland population.

    The position will involve rostered on-call availability only.

    Nga Pūkenga Motuhake Important SkillsTo apply for this role, you must be a New Zealand Registered Paediatrician with Vocational Registration and a current Annual Practising Certificate.

    Whilst working closely with the interdisciplinary team, the ability to work autonomously in a multi-cultural environment is essential.
