About the Role

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to fostering a culture of equity and cultural safety? WaiHealth, the new clinic under Te Whānau o Waipareira, is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our clinic.

As a Practice Manager, you will oversee non-medical tasks, provide operational leadership, and ensure the safe, efficient, and accountable delivery of medical services.

Furthermore, you will delegate workloads, coordinate staff, develop policies, and address issues to maintain a smooth practice operation.

We do expect some flexibility to muck in when required, as Waipareira adapts to support the needs of the community.

  • 35 years of experience in primary health as a Practice Manager role.
  • Be experienced in using Medtech Evolution
  • Practice Management System (PMS).
  • Knowledge of community and service networks, along with familiarity with the Whānau Ora outcomes framework.
