About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Lead Gardener. This is a Full Time position working Monday to Friday


In this role you will:

  • Lead a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy
  • Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great aesthetic appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area
  • Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas
  • Work closely with, and support your team and colleagues

About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
  • Ability to lead a motivated and productive team
  • Strong problemsolving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A reliable, friendly and professional manner
  • Horticultural qualifications preferreD
