- You will work with residential and commercial clients across various sectors, including dairy, sheep and beef farming, horticulture, forestry and lifestyle blocks.
- The successful candidate will have expertise in valuation services and provide high-quality reports to meet client needs.
- NZIV registration is essential for this role. NZIV has replaced (PQ) Real Estate Agents from 1 August 2023.
A registered valuers must ensure that they adhere to all relevant laws,
disciplinary rules of behaviour, professional standards, and/or Code of Conduct which includes AER Compliance obligations where applicable.
