Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Should be available on weekend and rotating roster and some late nights.
