    About the Role

    We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Team Leader to join our store person team at the Briscoe Group Distribution Centre in Wiri. This is a challenging role that requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Supervise and lead teammates
    • Process and dispatch inwards and outwards goods
    • Maintain accurate inventory records
    • Ensure all relevant documentation is completed and correct
    • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized workspace
    • Plan workflow effectively
    • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace

    Requirements and Skills

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A full (clean) driver's licence
    • Hands-on experience in people management
    • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
    • A strong focus on workplace Health and Safety
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • A driven and motivated attitude
    • Physical fitness
