- Run the floor and drive a strong sales culture on every shift
- Support with opening and closing the store, cash handling, and daily operations
- Back the team to hit targets and deliver standout service
- Keep visual merchandising on point and stock levels in check
- Lead with energy, positivity, and purpose, even when the pace picks up
Qualifications
- Are a proven sales superstar who thrives in a busy, high-pressure retail space
- Are confident leading a team and getting the best out of others
- Know your way around stock, systems, and visual merchandising
- Have top-notch communication skills and a great attitude
- Are flexible and reliable, with availability across weekdays and weekends
