Your Opportunity:

The Commercial Analyst FP&A/TM1 Specialist (CA) is a pivotal role supporting the Head of Commercial Finance - NZ & China and the wider Commercial Finance team.

The CA plays a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, utilizing TM1 expertise to provide timely and meaningful insights.

This position is crucial in driving planning timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and supporting the continuous improvement of financial processes.


In this role you will:


  • Build models and templates for various financial planning processes, ensuring logical, streamlined, and efficient structures.
  • Coordinate business unit planning submissions to consolidate the financial position of the Vitaco group.
  • Support the preparation of financial data for strategic plans, brand & customer plans, and detailed budgets.
  • Assist in completing annual budget processes and submissions to management and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare budget load files and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Control adherence to planning calendars and timelines, identifying, and implementing process efficiencies.
  • Provide administrative and reconciliation support for the TM1 Planning & Forecasting tool.
  • Maintain master data, tables, and mappings for the integrity of financial data used by TM
  • Develop templates and streamline processes associated with planning and forecasting cycles.
  • Act as a backup for the NZ Commercial Finance team during periods of leave and absence.
  • Support, analyze, and make recommendations for continuous improvement on financial processes.

Qualifications & Experience required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Analyst in FMCG or consumer healthcare, including monthly reporting.
  • Significant experience with TM1 under FPA& environment (developing reports and maintaining master data).
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin preferred but not required.
  • Collaboration experience with sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong Excel reporting and analysis skills; competency in PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Navision.
