We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Auckland team at

1M as a Team Leader.

As one of the country's top commercial and infrastructure air conditioning mechanical service providers,

1M offers design, build, and installation services under the HVAC division of the OCS Group.

Our highly skilled team of designers, engineers, installers, and technicians have been providing project management, design, construction & installation, refurbishment, and ongoing preventative maintenance and on-call services for over 20 years.

As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment at customer sites.

You will ensure that specific customer requirements are met and that defective mechanical/electrical components are repaired.

You will also be responsible for updating HVAC drawings/manuals in line with standards and for general maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment.

Key Qualifications for this role includes:

New Zealand Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or overseas equivalent certification)
Commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience
Electrical Service Technician Licence
Refrigerant Handling Certificate
Full clean driver's license

This is a full-time position that requires 42.5 hours per week (with potential for overtime at an increased rate)
