Awesome opportunity for a motivated Payroll Officer to join a marketing-leading manufacturing company.

Ideal role for an intermediate payroll specialist or junior payroll administrator looking for that next step.

About Role:

Look after the Australian and NZ payroll functions and all related activities for a high volume of employees.

  • Administer and process weekly payroll for both salaried and hourly paid staff
  • Deal with payroll queries from employees
  • Ensure all timesheets have been confirmed in the system.
  • Prepare, file, and make payment to IRD and ATO and any other relevant authorities
  • Complete monthly AU Super and payroll tax compliance for all AU states
  • Management of leave entitlements
  • Prepare bonus and profit share information and payment
  • Load new employee hires and process employee termination payments
  • Complete other tasks as required

About You:


  • 3+ years payroll administration experience
  • Australian payroll experience ideal but not essential
  • Pay Global experience a bonus
  • Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attentiontodetail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and strong computer literacy
  • Solid excel skills essential
