New Zealand Sales Manager - Auckland - Health & Wellness Sector


Our client is a leading Direct Sales company dedicated to delivering exceptional products to their valued distributors and their customers.

With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, they have a proven track record of success in the market.


As the New Zealand Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue growth targets in that market.

You will lead and inspire teams of dedicated distributors, fostering a culture of collaboration, achievement, and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the distributor teams to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with key field leaders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Attend small and larger group field meetings and events.
  • There is a considerable amount of travel throughout New Zealand.
  • There is some requirement to work from the office.
  • A considerable amount of time is out in the field with leading distributors.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
with the ability to inspire and drive results.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
.

  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Direct selling experience is preferred but not essential.
