New Zealand Sales Manager - Auckland - Health & Wellness Sector
Our client is a leading Direct Sales company dedicated to delivering exceptional products to their valued distributors and their customers.
As the New Zealand Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and achieving revenue growth targets in that market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the distributor teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with key field leaders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Attend small and larger group field meetings and events.
- There is a considerable amount of travel throughout New Zealand.
- There is some requirement to work from the office.
- A considerable amount of time is out in the field with leading distributors.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior leadership team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Direct selling experience is preferred but not essential.
