Description

We have a vacancy for an
Dev Ops Engineer in the Software Development & Integration team (aka SWAT).

This is an opportunity for a motivated, proactive person to advance their career inside CCL, by stepping up to a challenging new role.

In this role you will learn quickly, build expertise in, and over time, take a leadership role in:

Managing a fleet of 125 servers, including operational monitoring, security monitoring, anti-virus monitoring, certificates management & patching.
Troubleshooting production issues, by reviewing logs and assisting developers and other teams in resolving them.
Managing SWAT firewall change requests, testing and escalations.
Managing SWAT server builds, upgrades, installs, performance issues, etc.
Assisting offshore developers in productionising code (that already works in nonproduction environments).
Using key tools including Azure DevOps CI/CD, Big-IP F5s & CCL VDaaS.
SWAT processes include client onboarding & client service subscription.
Advocating for and facilitating automation of repetitive tasks to eliminate toil.
Keeping service documentation up to date.
