- Develop strong relationships with stores and their key staff

- Work to drive ranging of the Mondelēz portfolio in stores, and ensuring compliance to the promotional program and display activity
- Develop and implement plans to increase store sales in collaboration with store management
- Coach and train the team of merchandisers within the region
- At least 3 years experience in a large FMCG company, in a Field Sales or Account Management role
- Experience working with New World & PakNSave owner-operated stores
- Confectionery category experience, including managing significant seasonal activity
- Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt your style as needed
- A passion for selling and building relationships, including influencing and negotiation skills
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Solid skills in MS Excel & Teams, reporting and analytical skills and experience with Tableau is advantageous
- Flexibility to work additional hours during our busy seasonal periods (Easter and Christmas)
- Good physical fitness
- A full Driver's License and proven safe driving record

This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week), territory covers the areas of Dunedin, Central Otago (Queenstown & Wanaka), and Invercargill.
