    We are seeking candidates for an Office Manager role based in our Dunedin Regional Office. As the Office Manager, you will provide payroll, finance and administration services. You will report to the Regional Manager and work closely with the Service Leaders.

    The role is broad requiring an ability to be responsive, multitask and provide competent financial, payroll, IT and administrative skills.

    This is a unique opportunity for you to join a busy, focused and dedicated team supporting professional social work staff that provide intensive wraparound services to tamariki and whānau living in Dunedin, Oamaru, Invercargill, Gore and Central Otago.

    A proven ability to relate well to a diverse range of people, time management, negotiation and a high level of communication skills are essential as is a full driving license.


    The key competencies we are looking for are:
    Demonstrated capability in payroll, accounts, preparing budgets and reporting on monthly variances
    Experience in Personnel Management
    Openness to understanding and valuing Te Ao Māori
    Experience in leading workplace health and safety
    Excellent understanding of Microsoft office products including Excel and Word and a good working knowledge of a payroll system
    Excellent communication skills - including written and oral and an eye for detail.
