Contraceptive and Sexual Health Registered Nurse Position
Kidz First Centre for Youth Health School Based Health Team
1 x 0.8 FTE position
1 x 1.0 FTE position
Remuneration as per NZNO Nursing and Midwifery MECA

We have an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join the Kidz First Centre for Youth Health providing contraceptive and sexual health services to young people in Counties Manukau.

We are looking for a registered nurse who has youth health experience and is adaptable and passionate about young people and likes working in a team environment, but also able to work autonomously.

This position is based in the community providing sexual health and contraceptive clinics in secondary schools and community venues.


Essential:


  • Current NZ Nursing Council Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Full, clean drivers licence
  • Youth health experience
  • Community nurse prescriber
  • An experienced Jadelle inserter
