    Site Supervisor Wanted

    Work Location:
    Auckland Region

    Employment type:
    Full time (minimum 30 hours/per week, Monday to Friday), Permanent role

    Your pay:
    $ $32.00 per hour depending on your experience and skills

    We are a well-established cabinet company located in Auckland.
    With the development of our business, we would like to hire a Site Supervisor to assist with our projects.
    We are looking for highly skilled and competent candidate.
    In this role, you will work on different sites across Auckland Region.

    Ideal candidate must have a relevant diploma qualification in Civil Engineering or at least 3 years' construction management work experience in construction industry at a similar role.



    You are required to:

    • Assisting director in planning and organization construction site activities from end to end
    • Managing all site activities and workers to ensure project deadlines are met
    • Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice to workers on sites to adhere to H&S regulations and policies
    • Overseeing all elements of construction work on site to deliver projects on time with excellent quality standards and within project budget
    • Making plans to schedule timeframe, tradesmen workforce and building material required for each project
    • Working closely with the team and clients to ensure the projects are completed within the negotiated timeframe and specifications
    • Managing the site operation from build set up to completion by implementing robust project methodology
    • Quality checking and record keeping with effective communication between different parties for project progress
    • Liaising with civil engineers, designers, council inspectors or other relevant workers to identify and solve the problems when necessary
    • Monitoring and overseeing site health & safety and project quality to meet the required standard and handle any issues that arise
