Looking for a customer service extraordinaire

6 month full-time contract based in Porirua.


About the organisation and role:

Work at a government agency like no other This organisation is dynamic, fast-paced, large, and diverse.

This team was recently established to provide basic financial advice to internal staff.

You will be talking to people within the organisation, giving guidance on the financial systems, and logging tickets for more complex queries.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts in between 7.30am and 5pm.


_ Core responsibilities:
_

  • Providing resolutions to issues and queries
  • Guiding staff through the use of internal systems
  • Raising tickets for each query

About you:

We are looking for someone who...

  • Is outgoing and personable
  • Has a desire to learn, and can do so quickly
  • Has clear and professional communication over the phone
  • Ability to drive or access to a car is preferable but not a requirement
