We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced Inventory & Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our Auckland-based team.

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Sales Specialist to join our team. This position will be central to overseeing inventory management, stock procurement, sales coordination, and ensuring top-notch customer support. Responsibilities:

• Managing procurement and logistics process endtoend.
• Managing inventory of spare parts and carrying out periodic stocktakes.
• Administering ecommerce platform and driving webbased sales.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize stock levels.

Requirements:

• Experience in inventory management, procurement, or sales, preferably in a retail or ecommerce environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Physically fit (must be able to be on feet, lifting boxes and picking/packing stock)

$54, $60,000.00 per year
