About the role


With a wide variety of stakeholders and audiences, the Campaign Executive is responsible for executing tactical campaigns that drive leads and conversions for our villages.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager you will be based out of our Newmarket Support Office and will have the opportunity to travel weekly to your partner villages.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role where you will directly contribute to the sales results of the business as well as the overall corporate Marketing strategy.


Some of the great things you will be doing

  • Manage digital journeys to drive visits, event and promotion planning, advertising campaigns and local area experiential activities
  • Conduct end to end implementation of village promotional activities, quarterly planning and monthly agency briefing
  • Generate content and use approved templates to create E-DM and social posts, segment and send to databases
  • Use data to guide decision making in putting together campaigns and provide post campaign data for ROI reporting
  • Manage website content for selected villages, including property listings, constantly refreshing and looking for new compelling content to aid search and lead conversions on the site
  • Driving to our different villages around Auckland; must have own car and be comfortable driving

About you

  • At least 2 years' experience in a campaign or marketing executive role
  • Ability to interpret data and use this data to make decisions
  • Welldeveloped writing and proofing skills, with excellent grammar and punctuation
  • Previous experience in a multisite environment, marketing real estate or property development marketing is highly advantageous
