    Have you worked in a purchasing or parts adviser capacity and are in between roles?


    Our client is looking for a temp to start asap whilst they are searching for their next permanent staff member.

    This is a stand alone role which is fast paced and requires the highest level of attention to detail. MS Suite will be a breeze for you to use and ideally you will have used ERP systems.

    Some Of The Key Responsibilities Will Include

    Processing new jobs and purchasing all required materials
    Liaising with suppliers to confirm pricing of parts, status of current orders and any other information that is required for the purchasing of materials
    Maintaining part/vendor information in the ERP system
    Sourcing suppliers for new items
    Ordering inventory materials based on MRP reporting
    Data entry

    To Be Successful You Will Have

    Competence using Microsoft Office
    Previous purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
    An outgoing, friendly personality
    Strong people skills
    A sense of urgency with good organizational skills
