    What we're looking for
    We have an opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join our team.

    You will love this role if you thrive on a variety of work, can quickly learn and master systems and provide accurate and timely Finance support to relevant stakeholders.

    In this role, we are looking for a true all-rounder who can seamlessly handle various financial functions.

    The key responsibilities of the role include:
    Processing and management of the end to end billing and accounts receivable process
    Accurate administration of accounts payable invoices as well as monthly reconciliation as required
    Processing of company credit cards
    Fleet administration, including monitoring of the email inbox and coordination of registrations and fuel cards
    Carbon reporting and sustainability administration
    Support management and financial accounting through the provision of month end financial processes, annual audits and other financial controls
    Backup to payroll where required
    What you will bring
    Ideally be CA or CPA qualified or working towards this
    A minimum of 3 years experience in a finance role
    Experience working with financial and accounting software coupled with strong Excel skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to relate to a range of internal and external stakeholders
    Collaborative team approach, with flexibility and a willingness to help out where required
    Be well organised and have a great eye for detail.
