We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping people and working in a motivated team. Our client is searching for resilient individuals for their Service Centre. This is an office-based role working Monday-Friday, with standard business hours in their Hamilton offices.

This is a
temporary assignment based in Hamilton starting
ASAP for approximately 2-3 months.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Providing customers with updates on deliveries and orders through various apps. and websites.
Investigating problems and offering solutionbased support to valued customers

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who;

Is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
Has experience in a customer service position
Takes pride in their work and has a cando attitude
Is confident using computers systems
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
