We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping people and working in a motivated team. Our client is searching for resilient individuals for their Service Centre. This is an office-based role working Monday-Friday, with standard business hours in their Hamilton offices.

This is a
temporary assignment based in Hamilton starting
ASAP for approximately 2-3 months.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customers with updates on deliveries and orders through various apps. and websites.
  • Investigating problems and offering solutionbased support to valued customers
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who;

  • Is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
  • Has experience in a customer service position
  • Takes pride in their work and has a cando attitude
  • Is confident using computers systems
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
