- Paid weekly
This is a
temporary assignment based in Hamilton starting
ASAP for approximately 2-3 months.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Providing customers with updates on deliveries and orders through various apps. and websites.
- Investigating problems and offering solutionbased support to valued customers
- Is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
- Has experience in a customer service position
- Takes pride in their work and has a cando attitude
- Is confident using computers systems
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
