The Kitchen Steward will work in our kitchen operations at the Hermitage Hotel.

Clean all Food Preparation and Service areas along with general cooking/serving items to hotel standards.
Work across multiple food related areas: Alpine Restaurant, Panorama Room Restaurant, Sir Edmund Hillary café, Chamois Bar and Grill, stores and staff dining under supervisor direction.
