    The role

    We're looking for a hands-on, individual contributor who is a subject matter expert in strategic communications. As our Corporate Communications Manager, you'll be a senior-level expert responsible for leading AoFrio's internal and external communications strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's narrative, enhancing brand reputation, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels.

    You'll need to be a strategic thinker and trusted advisor to senior leadership, capable of managing high-impact projects and driving initiatives that support AoFrio's business goals. You'll lead complex communications campaigns, influence key stakeholders, and embed business strategy into every aspect of our messaging.

    You will need:

    • 7–10 years' experience in corporate communications, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
    • Proven track record of leading strategic communications initiatives and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and board members.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
    • Experience using AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation, audience targeting, and communication impact.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across internal and external networks.
    • Hands-on experience delivering high-impact communications across multiple channels, including digital, media, and executive platforms.
