We are looking to recruit and develop nurses who will assist us with making every day better for our residents.


Metlifecare has relationships with many approved CAP providers and can support you with enrolling in a CAP program and with getting a placement at one of our many Care Villages across New Zealand.

You will be rewarded with a rich experience in Aged Care under the guidance of our experienced registered nurses.

To be considered, you must be an Internationally Qualified Nurse with:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Registered Nurse within the past 5 years.
  • Eligible to become a New Zealand Registered Nurse and intending to work for Metlifecare as a Registered Nurse.
