Role Description:
You will be in charge of carrying out public and private drainlaying tasks with top-notch quality and workmanship. This includes operating machinery, trench digging, site cleanup, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Digging and laying drainage as per instructions or plans.
• Efficiently repairing drainage systems.
• Safely operating machinery on site.
• Performing trench digging and cleanup tasks.
• Managing sites and assisting colleagues as required.
• Preparing and signing off compliance documentation.
• Liaising with engineers and site managers.
• Using laser measuring equipment and pipe lasers competently.

This Role Will Suit Someone With:

• NZ certified as a certifying drainlayer under the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Act 2006.
• Experience in drainlaying for residential and/or commercial projects.
• Physically fit and capable of meeting role requirements.
• Class 1 NZ Driver's Licence.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Legal eligibility to work permanently in NZ.
