    Description
    Excellent opportunity to join a successful and well-established Auckland based Chinese restaurant and become a part of team.

    This job is required to perform: (specific duty tasks)

    planning menus in consultation with Chefs
    planning and organising special functions
    arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
    maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
    ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
    conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
    selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
    may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders

    Job requirement:
    applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

    At least 3 years of relevant experience working; OR
    Diploma certificate with relevant major; OR
    Be able to work evenings and weekend days with split shifts
    Multiskilled and able to handle situations under pressure
    Fluent Chinese speaking will be a bonus

    Minimum hours per week : 30 hours Maximum hours per week : 48 hours

    Pay frequent :
    Fortnightly
