    Job Summary

    This is a full-time permanent role in our Regional Rehabilitation Services team. The Tawhirimatea Unit is a 29-bed safe care facility rehabilitation unit for up to 29 people. Our team uses a multi-disciplinary approach to support individuals on their journey towards recovery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work collaboratively within a team environment
    • Support Mental Health Support Workers under direction and delegation
    • Carry out and assist with care activities, using active listening skills and solution-focused approaches
