    Job Description We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to join our beautiful developing village in Papamoa.
    Ideally you will have DIY and maintenance experience.

    But more important to us will be your genuine passion for creating great environments and love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.

    This is a busy and diverse role, leading a team to complete day-to-day property and garden maintenance activities, ensuring that the look and feel of the village meets Summersets high standards.

    Therefore, you will need to be organised and efficient, with great people management and leadership skills.

    You will also need to be experienced in Microsoft Office skills – proficient with Excel, Power Point and Word, property and asset planning, site management of day to day repairs and maintenance and the coordination of project work including refurbishments.

    Qualifications Relevant trade qualification and significant experience in a related area

    • Successful property, asset and project management experience, preferably including managing a profit centre
    • Demonstrated people leadership and management skills, including the ability to ensure high levels of engagement and performance
    • Success leading teams to deliver great customer service
    • Change leadership expertise
    • Ability to deal with operational complexity and balance of functional responsibilities in a busy environment
    • Financial and resource planning and management skills
    • Enthusiasm, empathy and skills to relate with older people and their families
    • Social confidence and the ability to positively connect with a wide range of people
    • Sound analysis, problem solving, decision making and judgement
    • Good communication skills – written and verbal
    • Microsoft Office skills – proficient with Excel, Power Point and Word
    • A current drivers license
