We are seeking an experienced domestic broker to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, strong relationships with clients, and a proven track record in sales.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions across the domestic sector.
• Offer expert advice on a wide range of insurance products, staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets through proactive client outreach and effective sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with support teams to ensure all documents are processed accordingly.

About You:

• At least 2+ years of experience in a Domestic Broker position.
• New Zealand experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated to achieve targets.
• Level 5 certificate required in general insurance strand.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
