    We are seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to join the MASH Trust Team.
    People and Culture works with our organisational team of 550 to Enable Good Lives.
    MASH Trust is an innovative provider of health, wellness, and disability support services in the lower North Island.
    MASH Trust supports thousands of individuals and families, with a dedicated team of 550 employees and volunteers.
    Our Organisation operates across multiple locations, Greater Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Manawatu, Whanganui and Hawkes Bay.
    The work we do is deeply ingrained in the guiding principles of the 'MASH Way of Working'.
    We support people in their own homes, within MASH Homes and in the community.

    MASH has recently completed a transformation and is now embedding an approach to improve, innovate and reinvent the way we do things.

    It's a busy exciting time to join our organisation
    In People + Culture (P+C) we collaborate with our internal stakeholders to build up their teams.

    Our aim is to work with them to identify their strengths, evaluate problems alongside MASH's strategic goals, test ideas, make informed decisions and once approved, deploy them.

    As part of embedding our transformation you will be involved in bringing through new approaches and processes to the standard people tools, e.g.

    Development planning, Performance and Remuneration.

    Modelling the new culture and how we work as One Team will very much be part of the day-to-day job.

    Finally, you will also counsel managers and our senior leaders on employment relation matters.

    This is likely to be a geographic accountability, being based In Palmerston North and will require travel to Hawkes Bay from time to time.

    We seek a motivated, thoughtful person who is committed to the work MASH wants to deliver.

    You will be able to build enduring relationships with team managers, listen well, explore a situation and ask inspiring questions that invite broader of course you will be able to demonstrate deep understanding by offering good examples of possible solutions to managers.


    About you:

    • Have a relevant HR Qualification
    • Have a minimum 3 year Business Partner experience
    • You will want to be part of a positive transformation and change
