Redwood Services is an independent recoveries firm with a fresh perspective. We provide an innovative end-to-end claims experience tailored to the specific needs of each client.

We work closely with some of Australia and New Zealand's largest accident management companies to help recover debt in a timely and cost-effective manner whilst protecting our client's brand reputation.

We have staff situated across Australia and Manila who are trained across all jurisdictions, including NZ.
About the Role

The Recoveries Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Recovery Specialists and to drive team performance by providing leadership, development, coaching and embedding a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities
People management for a team of 9 across Australia and the Philippines, including coaching, development plans, leave management and performance management
Manage and record team productivity to achieve agreed targets
Develop great team partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including insurers and law firms
Use data and metrics to identify opportunities to develop and enhance procedural performance
