This is more than a senior developer role. It's a platform leadership opportunity with real influence across the organisation.
Ko tā mātou mahi – About the Opportunity
As our ServiceNow Platform Lead, you'll provide both technical and people leadership across Kordia's ServiceNow practice.
You'll act as the platform authority, shaping design standards, governing best practice, and ensuring ServiceNow delivers secure, scalable and high-value solutions that support business processes across the organisation.
You'll lead the operational relationship with ServiceNow and key partners, drive innovation and automation, and play a critical role in developing and delivering the platform roadmap.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine deep technical expertise and delivery with coaching, governance and strategic influence.
Ko tō mahi – What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop the ServiceNow team, fostering a high-performing, inclusive and accountable environment.
- Own the design, development and evolution of Kordia's ServiceNow platform across key modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, Business Portal and more), remaining hands‑on and leading by example through solution design and development.
- Design, build and oversee integrations with enterprise systems(e.g.SAP and Dynamics) in a complex, multi-platform environment.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards and operational requirements.
- Partner with architects, vendors, and senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into sustainable technical solutions.

You're a senior ServiceNow professional with people leadership experience and a strong track record of guiding teams to deliver high-quality, supportable solutions.
You bring deep, hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, combined with the ability to lead technical decision-making in complex enterprise environments.
You'll also bring:
- Proven experience leading and developing technical teams.
- Strong expertise across ServiceNow design, development and administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting and integration technologies (Integration Hub, MID Server, APIs).
- Experience designing and maintaining integrations in multi-platform environments.
- Strong understanding of governance, SDLC, security and ITIL principles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management capability.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
- Exposure to enterprise architecture principles and operating in integrated enterprise environments.
