We are seeking a person to join our team as a Senior FOH member.

In this role you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the FOH area.

Your responsibilities will be to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met professionally.
Assist in overseeing daily operations.
Work closely with the FOH Manager
Mentor and support junior FOH staff, assisting them in their roles

Experience:
FOH experience would be greatly advantageous with at least two years minimum experience required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
