We have an exciting new
Hospital Sales Representative opportunity available for an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional.
Auckland based, you will join a high-profile
therapeutic area, with a focus on the GSK's innovative products.


You will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts nationally; providing a consistent, science-led and value-added service for a variety of Physicians that support the best treatment outcomes for patients.


Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Building and developing relationships and credibility with external experts and health care professionals and participating in robust and transparent scientific dialogue
  • Using insights to develop and deliver a comprehensive business and account plans to drive value and deliver growth
  • Identifying, developing and delivering specialist advocacy initiatives and opportunities
  • Supporting the implementation of key programmes which differentiate and enhance GSK's standing in the healthcare market
  • Continuing to expand your knowledge and expertise in this therapeutic area

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Substantial experience working in a pharmaceutical sales role, preferably with secondary care experience
  • A working understanding of the complexities of the hospital environment, preferably within NZ
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to interpret and relay complex scientific information
  • A sharp commercial and strategic focus, complemented by outstanding account management and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Strong tech ability, with a focus on omnichannel
