premium cloud-based practice management software solution to veterinary businesses around the world. The
ezyVet software helps our customers manage their clinics, specialist centres, hospitals or universities in intuitive and innovative ways giving them more time and the tools to better care for our furry friends, look after their people and grow their businesses


We're looking for our first Digital Marketing Manager to jump in the deep end with our team - growing our people, growing our business and bringing our digital marketing strategy to the next level This is a new role for us so there will be a lot of scope to really make it your own, and make an impact in the growth capabilities of our team.


Your key areas will include

  • Lead generation
    strategically building a highly qualified audience to convert into ezyVet customers.
  • Spear heading best practice and scalable processes to get the most out of our CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Driving the annual conference strategy, alongside the Head of Marketing.
  • Lead the annual content strategy, ensuring dynamic and engaging content across all formats such as social, media, ebooks, case studies. Collaborating with designers, product marketing, sales and external influencers/ industry experts when needed.
  • Lead the ongoing development of our website
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Management this will be your bread and butter
  • Last but not least, people leadership, taking on a team of marketing coordinators and specialists, growing and developing them

  • Outstanding written skills and public speaking capability with a focus on polish and attention to detail.
  • Confident identifying, engaging and nurturing prospects/ growing pipelines.
  • Ability to build strategy from data, reporting on key metrics and pivoting marketing plans based on results.
  • Big picture thinking and eagerness to deep dive into research
  • Experience managing crossfunctional projects, working with external commercial partners, managing people directly and indirectly, and delivering to deadlines.
  • Experience leading and developing a team
