- Abide by EH&S regulations
- Ensure profitability of the business by achieving monthly targets
- Monitor the performance of Distributors and Direct accounts, and find missed opportunities.
- Ensure the territory is effectively serviced by Distributors whilst working closely with them to achieve sales targets and new Business wins.
- Ensure the company is regarded as an expert and market leader in the Refinish field
- Undertake training activities for distributors and staff
- Sales reporting
- Manage all relevant expense areas
Qualifications - Trade qualification in the Refinish industry is an advantage
- Practical knowledge and use of refinishing products are desirable
- Time management, and organizational skills
- Previous experience with competitor products would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated sales experience.
- Strong customer focus.
- Strong communication is a must
