    Senior RN Leader Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee the clinical operations of a boutique aged care home with an attached retirement village in Nelson.

    About the Role

    • Lead & mentor a strong clinical nursing team to ensure the highest standard of care for residents.
    • Ensure best practice & continuous improvement in resident care by fostering a positive & resident-focused care environment.
    • Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations & quality standards, building strong relationships with residents, families & staff.

    Requirements

    • Registered Nurse with a current NZ practicing certificate.
    • Leadership experience in aged care or a senior nursing role.
    • Strong clinical decision-making & problem-solving skills.

    • Passion for delivering outstanding resident care.
