    As a Premium Business Manager with us you'll be responsible for proactive account management, retention and growth within some of our exceptional customers.

    With accountability for the financial performance of your portfolio, you'll develop and maintain key relationships within these customers.

    You'll act as a key conduit between our business and our customers business to ensure seamless relationships, using your internal relationships to ensure that any issues are nipped in the bud and the service delivered is of an exceptional quality.

    You'll know their business inside and out, as well as ours.

    The complexity of these customers requires strategic management, strong relationship frameworks and the ability to identify opportunities for both revenue and margin improvements whilst maintaining our business integrity.

    You'll be an experienced business account manger with a proven track record of success in a B2B environment, particularly dealing with high value and strategic relationships.

    You'll demonstrate your sales prowess in terms of achieving sales targets, revenue growth along with customer satisfaction and retention.

    Not only will you be a great salesperson, you'll be a great person generally and a fabulous team player who collaborates with their peers and shares their knowledge and skills as well.


    You'll couple all of this with:
    Excellent communication and relationship skills (that's a bit of a given really)
    Being tech savvy, and knowing your way around systems, processes and CRM's (we use Salesforce)
    The ability to build strong networks (both internally and externally)
