- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- Managing and training any kitchen assistant working with you
- Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- Working together with head Chef or other Chefs to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Maintaining all kitchen cleaning
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding sauces and garnishes
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins**Other skills required:
- Having knowledge in Vietnamese culinary practices
- Having prior work experience in cooking Vietnamese cuisine would be an advantage
- Be supportive, understanding and caring
- Have good communication skills

- Hourly rate: $29.66 to $32 per hour
- Minimum hour: 30 hours per week, maximum hour: 45 hours per week
- Day 05 days per week, including weekends and holidays
- Permanent full
