Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day running and organisation of a high performing clinic
- Delivering personalised client services and treatments to the highest standard
- Achieving clinic financial targets
- Coaching, mentoring and motivating team members to deliver their absolute best client experience and treatments, as well as achieve sales targets
- Execution of promotional activities and stock management
- Business analysis, to identify opportunities for growth and success
- Beauty therapist utilisation
- Foster a positive, supportive and uplifting team culture
- Ensuring therapists are delivering consistent, quality treatments according to protocols
- Identify and oversee training and development opportunities for our team
Requirements of the role
- You must be a fully qualified beauty therapist and have demonstrated success as an experienced/senior therapist
- 5star customer service and sales skills
- Previous experience in beauty retail management or coaching others for sales success
- A strong communicator, who is confident and motivated and has the ability to drive a positive team culture
- Computer literacy in Outlook, Excel and Word
This is a hands-on role that includes weekend work and requires availability for additional hours at peak times, such as late-night trading, weekends and public holidays.
