Are you a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, who can hit the ground running? This could be just the opportunity you are looking forWe are looking for 1x Administration Support Officers to join our team at Mt Eden Corrections Facility located in the heart of Auckland CBD.
Mō te tūnga | About the roleThis is a varied role with a wide range of duties. You will be required to provide accounts payable assistance and administration support to internal and external customers. Other duties will include telephone support, checking of incoming and outgoing prisoner mail, data entry and general administration.
You will enjoy working collaboratively as one team in a challenging and fast paced environment, be able to multitask, remain adaptable, follow and adhere to policies and procedures, and have sound judgement in prioritising tasks and activities to meet deadlines.
Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experienceIdeally you will have the following skills and experience;
- Good computer skills and experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP
- Experience in providing efficient and effective administration support
- Excellent written & oral communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Willingness to undertake and complete appropriate training as directed to learn new processes
You will need a Restricted New Zealand driver licence for this role, with the ability to sit your Full licence within 6 months.
The salary range for this role is $49,708 - $57,306 per annum.
The work profile for this position is Monday to Friday, working a 40-hour week.
Applicants must be a New Zealand citizen, New Zealand Resident Permit holder, Australian citizen or an Australian resident who holds a current Australian Resident Return Visa.
