    About the role


    Covering Sydney's Northern Beaches, North Shore, Hills District, Blacktown, Penrith, Greater Western Sydney, and South-Western Sydney, an exciting opportunity is vacant for an Area Sales Manager to join LED GROUP's NSW team.

    The Company's high level of growth sees the need for a high-quality and experienced business development expert to join the team.

    This is an exceptional opportunity for a performance-driven professional with a strong appreciation of relationship development and growth.
    Ideally, you will have previous experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) account management through the wholesaler network. This experience will be utilised to form effective business relationships with existing key clients, wholesalers, contractors, and prospects.

    At the same time, your consultative approach will ensure that you identify and implement additional services to expand revenue opportunities.

    Your strong drive and results focus on excellence will ensure your success in this role.
    Your Responsibilities

    Proactive account management of clients.
    Develop and expand existing client relationships by identifying opportunities and solutions.
    Identify and develop industry relationships including contractors and end-users to expand revenue opportunities and growth.
    Managing the sales project pipeline including taking leads and prospects through to the placement of orders.
    Respond to quotation requests in a timely manner.
    Forecasting monthly and yearly sales.
    Aiding the State Manager to develop the next generation of products to bring to market.
    Meet and exceed KPIs.
    Your skills and experience

    Demonstrated experience in Business/ Sales/ Account Management with a stable employment history.
    Recent experience within the lighting industry or sales to the wholesale sector will be highly regarded.
    Proven track record initiating, developing, and maintaining long-term client relationships to meet sales targets.
    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    Ability to identify opportunities with existing and potential clients.
    The ability to make effective and timely decisions.
    Excellent client relationship management skills and strong customer focus.
    Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
    Highly motivated, committed, team-focused and reliable.
    Ability to navigate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
