Marketing Specialist - Onehunga/ Wiri
(25-40hours a week)

The role:

All Guard Safety is currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to join their team, based in Onehunga or wiri, Auckland.

This is a part-time or full-time role (25-40hours/week), with flexibility around days and hours.
They are looking for an honest and reliable team member with a creative flair to run their marketing efforts.

Someone with a 'can-do' attitude that shares their vision for success and is dedicated to maintaining quality and an enhanced customer service experience.

This is a key role in their business with the main responsibilities include;

  • Update, develop and distribute marketing collateral (catalogues/buyers guides)
  • Ensuring the website is kept up to date with new products/features
  • Liaising with the web developers around new projects underway and in the pipeline for the website
  • Liaising with the web developer around bugs/challenges etc. being faced with users on the website
  • Produce and distribute regular EDMs
  • Gathering client testimonials and case studies
  • Keep blog, social media and website updated with newly created content
  • Social media management and enhancing digital marketing
  • Social, SEO, Adwords/remarketing
  • 50% Support with adhoc projects and marketing tasks
  • 50% Support with adhoc sales admin support to the Sales team

What we're looking for:


  • Proven experience in a similar role, carrying out daily marketing administration and coordination
  • Well versed in all things digital marketing for business to business.
  • Proficient in utilising Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and MS office
  • Excellent writing skills this role requires compelling storytelling across different mediums
  • Creative mind with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work with autonomy and be a team player
  • Be organised and can multitask to ensure deadlines are met
  • Have a sense of humour and cheerful disposition
  • Be prepared to work in other areas of the business as and when required
